As a Benefice we have tried during the 'Coronavirus Pandemic' to support our schools and local community; so in July we are holding two 'Special Community Services' which will firstly, 'Remember' those who have died during the 'Pandemic Era', will also give thanks for those who have helped by walking alongside us during the crisis and finally bring before God our future hopes.
Both services are using the space outside so we can sing, as well as our church buildings which will allow us to light candles and serve refreshments. If you are like me and have lost a loved one in the past 18 months you will know how difficult it has been to give thanks for their lives in the way you would want, or perhaps you were not even able to attend their funeral. If you would like a loved one or friend remembered at these services please can you let Kathryn in the office have their name so we can remember them personally, just email her on; office@fromesidechurches.org.uk
The services are being held, on 4th July at St James Iron Acton and 18th July at St Michaels Winterbourne, both at 4pm, so please do come and join us.
